Over in Silver Creek, it's luxury central with homes at $3.4 million and above. This area represents the high-end dream with gated communities, golf course views, and buyers moving from Cupertino and Palo Alto to get more value without sacrificing lifestyle.

We're seeing more and more multi-generational buyers entering the market. They want space for the whole crew - a home office, in-law suite, and room for extended family. Both Evergreen and Silver Creek check every box for these buyers' needs.
