There is high inventory with 127 active Pleasanton listings — that's really high. But here's the good news: 52 homes are pending, which is a big number. The rates have been trickling down, which has helped August and September activity.
Market Perspective: Still a Seller's Market
The inventory is high for sure, but let's put this in perspective. If we were in Chicago or Montana, this would still be considered a seller's market. We're very spoiled in California.
